If you are a pastor, elder or seminarian serving in a region of greater ministry need, learn about the criteria and process for participating in the AAP Pastoral Program.

AAP is built on a partnership between participants and supporters who share the desire to strengthen the church by caring for its leaders. Each participant is expected to engage faithfully in the proposed activities, making good use of the resources and opportunities offered throughout the program.

What you receive

By participating in the AAP Pastoral Program, over three years you receive:

  • Biblical and pastoral training
  • Mentoring and ministry follow-up
  • Access to the Fiel Digital platform
  • Carefully selected Christian literature
  • Fellowship, prayer and encouragement among pastors
Who may participate

Pastors, elders and seminarians who:

  • Serve in contexts of greater ministry need
  • Serve primarily in Portuguese-speaking communities
  • Are willing to commit to the readings, meetings and proposed activities
  • Desire to grow in ministry and faithfully make use of the resources and opportunities offered throughout the three-year program

How to participate in the AAP Pastoral Program

Application

Fill out the interest form and share information about your ministry, church and the context where you serve.

02.
Evaluation

Our team evaluates the candidate profile, eligibility and availability of places in the program.

03.
Participation

Approved participants begin their AAP journey, receiving mentoring, literature, training and follow-up over three years.
