AAP is built on a partnership between participants and supporters who share the desire to strengthen the church by caring for its leaders. Each participant is expected to engage faithfully in the proposed activities, making good use of the resources and opportunities offered throughout the program.
By participating in the AAP Pastoral Program, over three years you receive:
Pastors, elders and seminarians who:
Fill out the interest form and share information about your ministry, church and the context where you serve.
Our team evaluates the candidate profile, eligibility and availability of places in the program.
Approved participants begin their AAP journey, receiving mentoring, literature, training and follow-up over three years.
