About AAP

Adopt a Pastor Ministry (AAP) strengthens pastors, elders and seminarians through biblical training, pastoral mentoring, Christian literature and ongoing ministry follow-up, prioritizing Portuguese-speaking communities.

No. AAP is not a seminary, college or formal academic institution. It is a ministry that walks alongside pastors, offering training, mentoring and resources to strengthen the local church.

The AAP Pastoral Program develops over three years around three theological pillars: Pastoral Theology, Biblical Theology and Ecclesial Theology. Each pillar is developed through stages that combine study, mentoring, Christian literature and ministry fellowship.

AAP strengthens pastors and churches in Portuguese-speaking countries, prioritizing regions of greatest ministry need. It currently serves Angola, Mozambique, Guinea-Bissau, São Tomé and Príncipe, Cape Verde, Portugal and Brazil.
